Cooling Face packs with Mint and Cucumber




CUCUMBER :



Cucumber is a best cooling agent vegetable for your skin. It contains many important vitamins and minerals like water,potassium sulfate and vitamin A and C. Cucumber helps to lightening and rejuvenate the skin. It helps to tighten your skin pores,hydrate your skin,makes your skin soft and smooth.

MINT :


Mint is rich in vitamin A and C along with omega 3-fatty acids which helps to remove the acne scars,sun tan and dark spots from your skin.


Cut a 1/2 of a cucumber peel and add 8-10 mint leaves. Make a paste in blender and then you will use this pulp for face pack.


CLEANSER :

Ingredient = 2 Tablespoon Cucumber mint pulp.
                         Few drops Rose water.


METHOD :

  • Mix well together and massage on the face.
  • After massaging leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

SCRUB :

Ingredient = 2 Tablespoon Cucumber mint pulp.
                        1 Tablespoon Rice flour.
                        Few drops of Lemon juice.
                        A pinch of Turmeric.

METHOD :

  • Mix all the above ingredient in a small bowl.
  • Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 20-25 minutes.
  • Rinse it with cold water.

FACE PACK :

Ingredient = 2 Tablespoon Cucumber mint pulp.
                        1 Tablespoon Multani mitti.
                        1/2 Tablespoon Masoor dal powder.
                        2-4 drops of Rose water.

METHOD :

  • Mix all the ingredient in a glass bowl,make a thick paste.
  • Apply this pack on your face and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • After it dries,wash well with water.
